What is the badge requirement on the free plan?
Free plan users display a small "Uptime monitored by WebsitePulse.io" badge in their website footer. We check for it on each monitoring cycle. If it is removed, we pause monitoring and send you an email. On Pro, there is no badge requirement at all. Read more about the badge →
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. You will keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to the free plan.
What happens to my monitors if I downgrade?
If you have more than 3 monitors when you downgrade, monitoring continues on all of them until your billing period ends. After that, only 3 monitors will remain active. You can choose which ones to keep.
Do you offer a trial of Pro?
The free plan is a fully functional way to try WebsitePulse.io with no time limit. If you want to test Pro features, get in touch and we can arrange a short trial.
Is VAT included in the price?
The prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at the standard rate (20%) will be added at checkout where applicable.
