Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your WebsitePulse.io account at any time from your account settings. This removes all your data immediately and cannot be undone.

How do I delete my account?

  1. Log in and go to Account Settings (the person icon in the sidebar).
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete account.
  3. Type your email address to confirm, then click Delete my account.

You will be signed out immediately and your account will be gone.

What gets deleted?

Everything associated with your account is permanently removed:

There is no way to recover this data after deletion.

What happens to my subscription?

If you are on a paid plan, your subscription is cancelled immediately when you delete your account. You will not be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, but no further charges will occur.

If you just want to stop being charged without losing your data, you can downgrade to the free plan instead. Go to Account Settings and open the billing portal to manage your subscription.

Can I come back after deleting?

Yes. You can create a new account at any time using the same email address. However, none of your previous monitors or data will be restored — the new account starts completely fresh.

I want to delete my account but I am having trouble
